This parenting education group is designed to support
caregivers in developing safe, effective, and nurturing
parenting skills. Participants will learn age-appropriate
expectations, positive and respectful discipline
strategies, emotional awareness and regulation, and
healthy parent-child communication. The class
emphasizes skill-building, personal growth, and
strengthening overall family functioning in a supportive
and nonjudgmental environment.
